Fibonacci-Architects worked closely with T A Fisher & Sons Ltd to realise the conversion and extension of redundant 1960's office accommodation over occupied retail space to provide 24 new apartments. The design of Central Point addressed numerous complex issues including stepped waffle floor slabs, structural alterations and challenging drainage constraints.
