Creation of a new A1 retail unit pre-let to Maplin Electronics Ltd. The unusual triangular footprint evolved to make use of a constricted part of the park previously undeveloped due to numerous challenging constraints including overhead power lines, a buried 33kV cable and a large gas main. The project included the formation of a new highway access and new signage to the retail park.
